1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our mobile tyre fitting services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
“Company” refers to Tadworth Mobile Tyre Fitting Ltd.
“Customer” refers to the individual or entity using the services provided by the Company.
“Service” refers to mobile tyre fitting and emergency roadside tyre fitting services provided by the Company.
“Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Services Provided
The Company provides mobile tyre fitting services for a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans, trailers, and caravans. Services include tyre replacement, tyre repair, and emergency roadside assistance.
4. Booking and Confirmation
Customers can book services via phone, email, social media, or WhatsApp.
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by the Company via phone or email.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices for services will be provided at the time of booking.
Payment is due upon completion of the service, except for emergency or same-day call-outs where payment may be required upfront. This will be advised at the time of booking.
We accept credit and debit cards, cash, and bank transfers as agreed at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee.
Emergency call-out services cannot be cancelled, and the call-out fee will still be charged.
Refunds will only be issued where the Company is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer must provide accurate information regarding the vehicle and tyre requirements.
If an incorrect location is provided, the booking may be cancelled and the Customer may be charged the full service amount.
The Customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible and located in a safe area for the service to be carried out.
If the location is deemed unsafe, including motorways or dual carriageways, or if the booking is made less than 24 hours in advance, the decision to proceed with the service is at the fitter’s discretion.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring payment is made upon completion of the service.
8. Liability
The Company will take all reasonable care while providing services. However, the Company shall not be liable for damage to vehicles or property unless caused by negligence of the Company or its employees.
The Company is not responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather, traffic conditions, or other emergencies.
9. Service Limitations
If locking wheel nuts cannot be removed or wheel nuts are excessively tight, the fitter will abort the fitting.
If wheel nuts or locking wheel nut keys break during removal or installation, the Company will not be held responsible for any resulting damage.
If wheels cannot be removed from the hub, the fitter will abort the fitting.
10. Warranty
All tyres and services provided by the Company are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
The Company is not responsible for issues arising from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance of tyres by the Customer.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
The Company is committed to protecting customer privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without the Customer’s consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via the Company website or by email.
